Kong, Founder

Kong has been developing software since 1993, when he taught himself to program in BASIC while attending high school in Singapore. He studied Computer Science and Business in Carnegie Mellon University. While at CMU he did summer internships with Trilogy and IBM Extreme Blue.

After graduating from CMU he moved to Seattle to work for Microsoft. He was first a software developer working on Microsoft Office products, then a program manager in the Exchange Server Outlook Web Access team. After a few years in Microsoft he decided to leave the company to pursue entrepreneurial opportunities in Beijing, China.

Kong also loves to hangout with friends, travel, run, snowboard, dive and sail. He is fluent in spoken + written English and Chinese. He can speak some Cantonese.
